Chair Yoga is a gentle, accessible movement class where participants use a chair for support while practicing stretches, poses, and mindful breathing. This session helps improve flexibility, balance, posture, and focus in a safe and inclusive way. Participants can move at their own pace while engaging in mindful movement and relaxation exercises that promote both physical and mental well-being.
