Kick & Flow is a 45-minute adaptive kickboxing class designed for participants of all abilities. This high-energy, fun session combines punches, kicks, and dynamic movement with a focus on coordination, strength, balance, and rhythm. Participants learn and practice techniques at their own pace, whether standing or seated, while engaging in mindful breathing, focus exercises, and creative movement patterns. Kick & Flow promotes confidence, self-expression, and overall fitness in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.
